OUR COMMON HISTORY
Over the years, despite the border, the Galicia region, including Lviv and Przemyśl, has developed a unique multicultural specific character. However, its history, resettlements, deportations, the Iron Curtain, and the totalitarian system have effectively eliminated cultural dialogue in the region. Nevertheless, national minorities remained in the two countries - Polish in Ukraine and Ukrainian in Poland.
